This boxfish has a triangular shaped body and a long fan tail. A beautiful ornament on the reef, it is very wary of divers and will quickly retreat when approached. Up to 15" in size, this fish is usually seen in shades of blue, some with brown or green areas of color. Best photographed with a 60 or 105 lens in a housing.
